I received no response from Friday to Monday night. I decided to call and ask why they wouldn't answer emails for such a large purchase. they kept interrupting me asking for an order number. I got mad and hung up, Never gave them my order number. They used my phone number to look up the order, And then reported it as fraud on Shopify so it auto-refunded. I never asked for a refund, I wanted them to do their job That I paid for. don't spend your hard earned money with a company that doesn't do anything to earn or retain your patronage. Alien rides held $3700 for over a month. They owe me the interest on that money.
