got an EUC from them that died within a day of riding but they took care of everything and covered the return shipping and the repair. it did take a few months since there was a global recall but in the end I did not need to pay anything extra for the replacement. I would recommend pre ordering or buying anything that's batch 1 so you don't have this issue as well. That's is in general not just for Alien rides
