I was sent the incorrect part, the seller even admitted this, i provided clear evidence of this with pictures, a video and even screen shots and i tried to label everything and show the evidence in the pic to make it easy to see, but Ali express has no common sense, all they are paid to do is say "No we dont see anything wrong, sometimes so quick you know they didnt even look at the evidence provided, just automatically  denied. the "Help desk" is useless, a agent asks you to provided everything again which take a huge amount of time, sometimes disappearing mid conversation so your stuck explaining everything once again to another agent, i don't understand how they cant just look at the case number for all the info, i guess they make you do this every time to try waste your time in the hopes you'll just give up and let them keep your hard earned money, after 3 weeks of this, i received an email saying my video can be excepted as evidence and all i need to provided now is the shipping label, but instead of being able to just reply to the email with it they have asked instead to reopen the "after-sales dispute" and start the whole process again from the start, After leaving a negative review of this whole situation i was told via email, that i now need to contact the seller my self to sort the refund, the seller is from china and has very bad English, all he could offer me was a $10 refund!!! i paid $165NZD, what a scam

So as a recap.

1- The description stated the part fits all YZ250F dirt bikes between the years of 2010-2023 (My bike is a 2019)
2- there seller supplied me with the incorrect item and even admitted this and suggested i file for a refund
3- i sent Ali express the screen shot of this conversation (Not enough evidence)
4- I provided multiple very clear pictures showing it does not fit (Not enough evidence)
5- I was then asked to provide a video, so i once aging spent 20min removing parts of my bike to show it doesn't fit
6- after providing the video via email i received a reply almost instantly that the evidence was insufficient, basically automatically denied without even viewing the video
7- later on i was told the video can be excepted as evidence but just a shipping label is now needed
8- i provided the shipping label via the email where they asked for it, but was told i need to start the whole after-sales dispute process once again from scratch on the website
9- i went to the "help desk" today and after explaining the whole process and provided all the info once again not once but twice to 2 different agents i received a automated messaged form the second agent saying "not enough evidence"

No common sense, No accountability, No customer service, please do not use this service its a scam

Edit: I regards to Ali expresses reply below, i have sent multiple messages to the email but not had one single reply, nor have i had a email sent saying someone is handling my case, more lies from Ali express
