Attention to all prospective buyers from this suspicious online store that does not support the buyer and covers fraudulent sellers! The seller sent a defective product! The seller accepts the return of the product but avoids sending a return label with the shipping cost of returning the defective product paid! I opened a return console and the online store instead of forcing the seller to send a return label for the defective product asks me to pay the return cost of 100 euros and when and if the product is received by the seller in China to refund me the shipping cost of returning the defective product! So I will pay 100 euros now and I will get my money back after 1 month and if I get it.... After this abusive demand I sent the following message to customer support: Consumer protection legislation explicitly states that when a product is defective, the seller is obliged to issue the buyer a return label with the shipping costs paid, before returning the product! The fact that your online store asks the buyer to pay the shipping costs themselves for returning the product is an abusive term and violates international consumer protection regulations! I will report you to the European competent consumer protection agency! I will also leave negative comments on trustpilot for the abusive terms that ask the buyer to pay the shipping costs for returning the defective product himself! You are obviously a fraud! Conclusion: Avoid this suspicious online store at all costs and prefer safe purchases through Ebay or Amazon!

Absolute joke of a website and especially their customer service. I have been a member for a while and have recently placed a few orders totally over £400. On one ocassion i ordered 2 sri lankan saphire silver rings along with several other items, when the package arrived these two items were missing everything else was in the package. I informed Aliexpress several times this fact and everytime they sent me a picture of the package being delivered at the doorstep. After telling them SO MANY times i did recieve the package BUT the two rings were missing THEY DID NOT UNDERSTAND THAT. They assumed I was saying the whole package was not delivered which I wasnt, anyways after so much going back and fro with them they concluded the case and turned down my request for refund/replacement. PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN ORDERING, ORDER SOMETHING WHICH IS ONLY PENNIES WORTH OTHERWISE IF THE ITEM IS NEVER DELIVERED YOU’RE NOT GOING TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK!!!

Ordered a boot splitter for my car it took more than 30 days to arrive. When I took the item to be fitted, the mechanic confirmed it won’t fit because it’s the wrong size. I relayed this to AIUKS they asked to takes pictures and prove it didn’t fit. The site promised free hassle free returns , it was anything but. I had to pay for postage at a cost £12.00. Chase for weeks on end about processing my refund. They would respond that the seller is on holiday or they were looking into it. Ultimately, they have no intention of honouring their word of refunding buyers and I had to raise a case on PayPal to get any redress.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ALIEEXPRESS it’s simply not worth the hassle

They received the returns but have not refunded me. There is no way of contacting them, it seems they blocked their messaging portal, Ali express have intervened and no joy.

AliExpress has refused to refund for incorrect item.
The item is not what was ordered, I ordered a 2 inch wide Suspender, 1 inch wide was supplied.
Clear pictures were been supplied showing the incorrect item has been supplied.

Item offer included free return if not wanted.

I asked for a free return, refused.

I was asked to pay for the return.
The lowest cost of the return from my normal postal service is £4.25 , the cost of this item is £3.19.
AliExpress return Rules state "The return shipping fee cannot be over your order amount"

I am at a loss as AliExpress seems to be breaking their own rules....

Used AliExpress for many years with the odd problem which have been normally resolved quickly.

But now all CSA seems to be AI Bots repeating the same questions and never resolving the problem.

The CSA say they understand the return rule … "The return shipping fee cannot be over your order amount"
And then ask me to pay for the return !

Spent four days so far and 5 CSAs. Their service used to be good ... but longer.

Now I have no product and I am out of 8600 HUF. I have received nothing but automated AI rejections that ignore my evidence. It is not just about the money, but the principle: I was tricked into extra work and costs based on a lie. This is unacceptable treatment of a loyal customer.

If you are wanting stuff that lasts, then pay the money otherwise I have found nothing wrong with most items - just beware anything electrical or takes batteries. Also, aliexpress refunds pretty quickly and on their live chat if an item is missing, no questions asked, refund given. The only reason for not 5 stars is that most of is not top of the range quality, you are buying cheaply from China so expect that. Sometimes, delivery is very quick others very slow and it is hard to know if you have got your items when bundling because the order/s may arrive in different packages. Sometimes, re the item is not exactly the item ordered in bundles. Compared to SHEIN, I'd rather shop here.

I’m very angry with AliExpress. I received an item from a Chinese seller that was heavily crushed on delivery and of questionable quality inside, I requested a return shortly after and sent off quickly.

Some days later I saw the item was delivered to their return warehouse in Liverpool but it was showing odd tracking entries that seemed to indicate non-delivery so escalated the issue.

A few days later AliExpress, with no explanation, stated that they had rejected my return due to lack of proof. Considering the fact that the DPD showed delivered but their internal one didn’t I felt like they were seriously breaching the consumer rights act so straight away opened a bank dispute against them- it feels like someone at the return warehouse either messed up the return or took my package in the hopes something was inside?

I have no idea- AliExpress never gave any reason for the rejection so was hoping the dispute would return some comments on why I couldn’t get my money back. Even today I still have no idea what AliExpress have issue with and to make matters worse they blocked my account meaning I can’t contact them about my other orders.

It feels like they use account bans as a means to stop people chasing their rights as consumers- it’s all good til one of their sellers scams you and AliExpress automatically take their side.
