Regarding Ali Express response from my last post in here, please read there response below
Yet again an auto reply and a slight variation on the rest of them. So I will deal with there points.
I have a great number of this reply and others stating the same things. I reply to my dedicated customer service agent on every occasion. And as they continue to supply the same response that they put on here WITHOUT looking at my enquiry which is very evident because they would insult me how they have on this response, please supply evidence (documentation to support your case. I have included a PDF copy of the custom charges I received with all relevant information on there. I had not one but 2 cases against Ali Express, one was for a package received that was not only incorrect but lacked the cable needed to install it. Ali Express refused to allow me to return it to them, they refused 2 appeals, so I needed to open a PayPal dispute. PayPal refunded my money this morning. It is inexcusable for any company not to take there customers issues seriously. I will continue to post daily on this and others stating social media site, bringing attention to people to avoid buy from this company due to there lack of interest in helping there customers over come difficulties with there orders. I would like to thank PayPal for there intervention and to look at my case and find in my favour, I hope that my continuing updates sees a change in customer service and for any person things about purchasing, think long and hard about what happens if things go wrong. I ordered 2 packages, one was completely incorrect and did not fit into my cars dashboard, Ali express did refund me for this however I’m left with the customs charges, the second package contained an ADAS camera which wasn’t and lacked the installation cable.
