I have bought and returned items on Ali express with no issues. There is one shop there called “PHOTOGRAPHY AUDIO GLOBAL STORE”
AVOID this seller!
They received the returns but have not refunded me. There is no way of contacting them, it seems they blocked their messaging portal, Ali express have intervened and no joy.
