I placed an order before Christmas for an item that arrived damaged. The service was incredibly poor in resolving the issue. I'm not concerned about the item or the money anymore; they didn't bother to send the necessary parts. Promised callbacks never happened. I suggest whoever is in customer service find a different job. This experience has tainted my enjoyment of the hobby, which should be fun. I haven't received an apology from the store. I would really think twice about ordering from them and will be sharing my experience in clubs and on social media. Happy New Year!
