I’m not concerned about the item or the money at this point; they didn’t even bother to send out the necessary parts. Promises to call back were never fulfilled. I suggest whoever is handling customer service consider a different line of work. This situation has soured my experience with the hobby, which should be enjoyable. It was sent the next day, a week after my order. Customer service was argumentative and eventually ignored my messages. There was no refund for the express shipping. I recommend buying elsewhere, as it wasn't even the cheapest option available.
