Avoid at all cost! Worst experience and customer service I’ve ever experienced. Purchased a plane I’d been wanting to buy since it was released, selected the option for a local collection point. The item was sent back after they refused the delivery. Then I was charged another £25 for a redelivery. The item arrived with severe damage on every panel. It had clearly been sold before as the packaging had been opened and the inner box had puncture marks circled in pen so they were aware of the damage. Sent pictures and video within 2 hrs of receiving it showing all the damage, then spent the next week attempting to get the item returned but just kept getting ignored, faced nothing but poor communication from AT Models. After sending the item back in the same condition it arrived they refused to give me my money back saying the item was damaged. I’ve never encountered a business that treats customers this way. The way they handled this from the beginning is appalling. I understand things can get damaged in transit but to expect the customer to pay several hundred pounds for receiving a heavily damaged item is just crazy. Luckily I documented the entire process for a build video from receiving the item, unpacking and inspecting to repackaging and returning it. They tried stealing my money after getting the plane back and lied at every opportunity. Absolutely SHOCKING business ethics
