I placed an order before Christmas for an item that arrived damaged. The service was extremely poor in addressing the issue. I’m not concerned about the item or the money at this point; they didn’t even bother to send out the necessary parts. Promises to call back were never fulfilled. I suggest whoever is handling customer service consider a different line of work. This situation has soured my experience with the hobby, which should be enjoyable. I haven't received any apology from the store. I would seriously reconsider ordering from them and will be sharing my experience in clubs and on social media. Happy New Year!
