My virtual session with Alan Shaw was easy to follow and he was kind and patient. He seemed like he enjoyed his job and that makes me feel more confident in putting my trust in this company. Not to mention his dazzling smile which he says was curated by these aligners! Feeling excited and hopeful :)

I was charged more than I had agreed to as it was in USD, why bother having a Canadian website if you are going to charge in USD? I had questioned this when I paid the downpayment as it also said USD on the invoice I was sent. The customer service specialist assured me it was in CAD and it was. So when the invoice for the upsell of agreeing to the night time aligners instead of the daytime ...not sure why it cost more for aligners that you just wear at a different time of the day but I agreed it sounded more convenient, I assumed it was just written that way as it had been before but would be in CAD. It was not and as soon as the smile specialist received the payment and the call was ended I was left waiting for the follow up email with the credentials to sign in to the app to upload the pictures requested and to sign an agreement contract.... I have heard nothing more from him...which also happened after the downpayment was paid. After a week of hearing nothing and having no other correspondence with a person after the invoice payment confirmation I emailed customer service and they informed me that they had sent the impression package and were very sorry for my distress. They offered me accessories that the original person I spoke with had already offered me and assured me it would not happen again....and here we are. The contact is inconsistent. The people are very nice to deal with but don't seem to differentiate between the US and the CA customers. I feel that the response and follow up are lacking and I am left feeling swindled and unsure of what dealing with this company for the next 9 months or so is going to be like. Honestly at this point I am wishing I had gone with a different aligner company. It just seems like it is not well organized and very much in it for the money.
