Review Time
THIS IS MY 3rd time having to take impressions. The times before that I was on a video call with their “experts” who said they looked perfect. Whenever I go to try on the aligner they send me it “isn’t the right fit”
I have had this for MONTHS and have followed all of the instructions perfectly.
My treatment has not began yet and I would have never spent the money on this if I knew it would take 5+ months to even START or get my first set of retainers
I can’t even give a full review because I haven’t even got to see if the aligners work!
Just completed my impressions 1-on-1 session which went smoothly, was efficient and overall helpful. Was able to complete all impressions after the first try, with the assistance of the Smile Expert. Am satisfied thus far.
Aligner Co is an absolute scam. It took several tries of submitting molds, of which they charged me additional shipping, and this took months. Finally, after submitting multiple molds, they stated I needed a scan, which is $100. They did credit me this $100 due to the excessive amount of time and the continual problems I was having with their service services. I was concerned because I didn’t think the smile projection was close enough to what I was hoping to see, but they assured me, my teeth would be straight at the
I thought my problems were over. Months after I ordered initially, I finally received my aligners. I wore them as prescribed, and I even wore them extra time because I felt like my teeth were not aligning properly.
Fast forward to the end of my treatment. I reached out to them to let them know that I was still biting into teeth, and my teeth were not aligned. They reviewed my case, and determined I needed refinement. They offered me this for a special value of only 250 additional dollars.
They’re an absolute scam, and they don’t provide actual treatment for your teeth, always nickel and dime you for extra services to get “straight teeth “.
So far, I just completed my video session with Ray to create my teeth molds. He was friendly and helpful. We got them done in record time, he approved and advised to send them in. Easy process.
Steve was really helpful and walked me thru the free session as a pro. I didn't have to get new putties sent to me and he helped me upgrading my plan. Thank you again Steve.

I ordered the nightguard kit through the company's Canadian website, which promotes a seamless DIY process where you take your impressions, check photos in the app, and you're set. Unfortunately, the experience was far from what was promised. First off, the app was problematic; I struggled with registration and login, forcing me to reach out to the support team through the website chat for assistance. Additionally, the chat feature isn't persistent, and there's no option to email the conversation transcript. While I usually got a quick response, there was one instance where I waited over half an hour without assistance. When I finally got help, I was instructed to upload photos for review via chat. After doing so, I was informed that I had mixed the materials incorrectly, although the "white streaks" were simply glare from the lighting. Despite my attempts to explain this to the support team, I was told I needed to schedule an online session with an expert to ensure my impressions were accurate. If I had wanted to deal with such complications, I would have just gone to a dentist, which I ultimately decided to do anyway. During my third or fourth interaction with the friendly support (credit for that), I requested a partial refund. I was told that someone would contact me via email, but that was a week ago, and I haven't received any updates. Meanwhile, I returned the mostly unused impression kit a few days ago, and I'm still waiting to see if there will be any resolution.

I began my treatment almost a year ago and I am still only on aligner #3. This is far from what was initially promised. I was led to believe I would receive 20–30 aligners, a retainer, and additional items like a whitening kit. So far, I haven’t even received 20% of the promised service, despite having paid a similar percentage of the total cost. They keep insisting on remolding my teeth with unlimited impression kits, which has caused delays of almost 1-2 months each time. The delays are not due to my actions. My impressions were accepted multiple times, yet the trays didn’t fit properly even after following their video instructions. Each step has involved weeks of waiting. I adhered to all guidelines, participated in several video calls, and submitted photos promptly, only to wait endlessly for approvals. Currently, the fit is only about 85–90%, and my bite remains partially open, which is concerning. Customer support has ceased communication altogether—I believe my emails are being ignored or blocked. They continue to request additional payments without addressing ongoing issues or showing any real progress. This situation is unacceptable. The company is located overseas, and once issues arise, you are left to deal with them alone. If they don’t resolve my case, I will share my experience publicly. I recommend avoiding this company—this has been a frustrating waste of both time and money. Now they have blocked my email, leaving me unable to respond, and although I updated them through their chat, no one has reached out yet.
