Additionally, the chat feature isn't persistent, and there's no option to email the conversation transcript. While I usually got a quick response, there was one instance where I waited over half an hour without assistance. When I finally got help, I was instructed to upload photos for review via chat. After doing so, I was informed that I had mixed the materials incorrectly, although the "white streaks" were simply glare from the lighting. Despite my attempts to explain this to the support team, I was told I needed to schedule an online session with an expert to ensure my impressions were accurate. If I had wanted to deal with such complications, I would have just gone to a dentist, which I ultimately decided to do anyway. During my third or fourth interaction with the friendly support (credit for that), I requested a partial refund. I was told that someone would contact me via email, but that was a week ago, and I haven't received any updates. Meanwhile, I returned the mostly unused impression kit a few days ago, and I'm still waiting to see if there will be any resolution.
