The class is one to one online on zoom. The teacher Shimaa is prompt in taking lessons. They are very understanding and accommodating when my daughter can't attend class. Communication with the staff is very good. I am very happy with the teacher as she listens and guides my daughter with every word and the with the correct pronunciation/ tajweed. At times she makes my daughter repeat the word several times till she gets it right. We took two free trial sessions and at the end of the first lesson itself it was apparent that the teaching would be very beneficial for my daughter. It's a little over a month since we started and my daughter who is 12 years old is enjoying her classes and more confident in her recitation.
Had a trial lesson with Sarah Nour and she was exceptional in her teaching. She was attentive throughout and interactive making the teaching more memorable for my 7 year old. Would highly recommend. This is a very unprofessional and unreliable company. Twice, the teacher left us waiting for class for hours, with no response or contact. 2 hours later she says she is on holiday and can "maybe" do the class next time. I was also repeatedly harassed for extra payments and told I owe money, despite providing proof many times from my bank. Just when I told Alimlive that my bank has said they will be investigating Alimlive's claims that they have not received my money, miraculously Alimlive received the money. Disgusting behaviour from a company who claims to teach Islamic foundations. I have discontinued using them despite being owed classes I have already paid for.
