THIS COMPANY IS CLIENT FOCUSED AND MY WIFE WAS GIVEN ALL THE INFORMATION ON OUR BOILER. ALL HER QUESTIONS WERE ANSWERED ESPECIALY HOW TO OPERATE THERMOSTAT CORECTLY. I GOT OUT OF HOSPITAL THE NIGHT BEFORE SO WAS UNABLE TO COMMNICATE , BUT I DID NOT NEED TO AS THIS ENGINEER ALPAY WAS A BREATH OF FRESH AIR. OUR PREVIOUS ENGINEER {SAME COMPANY} DID NOT COVER OUR NEW AREA BUT THEY OBVIOUSLY HAVE THE SAME CUSTOMER FOCUS WE ORIGINALLY HAD THIS COMPANY INSURANCE CALL OUT ON A BOILER WE WERE TOLD WAS FINISHED. IT WAS FIXED IN 20 MINUTES SO WE ARE AT LEAST £5000 UP FROM PREVIOUS TRUSTED COMPANY THAT WAS GOING TO RIP US OFF. WHAT A FIND …..MIKE AND THEN ALPAY.
