Disappointed! I ordered 3 packs online for a housewarming gift, but they didn’t arrive on time. I followed up with them 4 days after my order (doing their customer service for them) to check the tracking, only to learn my order was on 'pre-order' because one item was out of stock, holding up the entire order. They suggested a change, which I accepted, but then informed me they couldn’t fulfill that offer! The free gift was a letdown… Wild Orange (tasty) Tinted (orange lips, not appealing) Lip Butter… definitely going in the bin.
