Review Time
I submitted a fair and honest review to their website about a product I used for ~6 weeks. The packaging broke and I included a photo. The review was not posted on their website.
Their website may not be an accurate reflection of customer satisfaction.
It seems they have done well at social media marketing but in terms of actual quality products and more importantly customer care - they leave a lot to be desired especially considering the premium price.
Whislt the packing is lovely, the pumps for both the dish and hand dispensers are less than impressive. I've been using this product for a few weeks now, and honestly the frustration levels from using the pumps has made me revert back to what i whs previously using. I will never buy this product again. For the price it should be of the highest quality.
I received the kitchen bench trio as a gift. While I appreciate these products, the dishwashing liquid is nearly ineffective. It doesn't lather at all and fails to remove grease from dishes. I left a 3-star review on the website, mainly highlighting the positives but also expressing my disappointment. However, they chose not to publish my review. These products are quite pricey, and I expected better.

Disappointed! I ordered 3 packs online for a housewarming gift, but they didn’t arrive on time. I followed up with them 4 days after my order (doing their customer service for them) to check the tracking, only to learn my order was on 'pre-order' because one item was out of stock, holding up the entire order. They suggested a change, which I accepted, but then informed me they couldn’t fulfill that offer! The free gift was a letdown… Wild Orange (tasty) Tinted (orange lips, not appealing) Lip Butter… definitely going in the bin.
Very disappointing after-sales service, or rather, nonexistent support. Choose wisely and hope you’re satisfied with your purchase upon arrival, as there’s no after-sales assistance. The product finishes were inconsistent (limited edition metallic finishes). I bought the Kitchen Trio in Bronze and White, but the spray was a different color from the pumps. It looks a bit off. I reached out to the company but haven’t received a response.
I encountered problems with my product and sought resolution, but the customer service was terrible, leaving me feeling ignored. I wouldn’t recommend the dish soap to anyone! It’s unusable as it fails to remove oil or fat from any dishes. A costly mistake.
I tried these products at a friend's house and immediately decided to place an order. I’ve made several purchases since then. Although they aren’t cheap, the quality is outstanding. I did encounter a problem once, but they communicated effectively and resolved it, demonstrating great responsibility. They deserve recognition for being trustworthy! Buying in 'bundles' is more economical than purchasing refills, and the packaging is lovely enough to display at home. They offer a wide range of products—personal, bathroom, kitchen, travel, cleaning… even for babies and toddlers! Definitely worth a visit to their online store.
