I received the kitchen bench trio as a gift and truly enjoy these items, but the dishwasher liquid is nearly ineffective. It doesn't lather at all and fails to eliminate grease from dishes. I submitted a review on the website, mostly highlighting the positives but expressing my disappointment, yet it wasn't published. These products aren't inexpensive. Improvements are needed.
