I submitted a fair and honest review to their website about a product I used for ~6 weeks. The packaging broke and I included a photo. The review was not posted on their website.
Their website may not be an accurate reflection of customer satisfaction.
It seems they have done well at social media marketing but in terms of actual quality products and more importantly customer care - they leave a lot to be desired especially considering the premium price.
