I bought this device on my doctor's recommendation after developing A-Fib. It functioned well for about 13-14 months, but then I faced several problems: it would stop mid-cycle, register electrical interference, and inaccurately indicate I was in rhythm while I was in AFib. I reached out to the company for help, but nothing they suggested worked. I even contacted the electric company for interference issues, but they found nothing. After three more attempts to get a response from the company, I'm still waiting. It's disappointing that they don't support their product, especially given the serious nature of the condition. I made the purchase in September 2024, but the calendar wouldn't allow that date. A device should function properly for longer than a year. I'm sharing this on behalf of my husband.
