After reaching out to the support team three more times, I am still awaiting a response. It's frustrating that they do not provide better support for their product, especially considering the seriousness of the condition. The actual purchase was made in September 2024, but the calendar option did not allow for that date. A product should function effectively for more than just a year. This product is fantastic. It consistently works and accurately detects arrhythmias, saving me from needing to wear a heart monitor. It recorded multiple SVTs that I shared with my cardiologist, leading to a successful ablation. I completely disagree with any negative feedback and have recommended this monitor to many people.

I went to the emergency room, where my blood tests indicated a heart attack. Even though the doctor dismissed the device, it showed an abnormal ECG that prompted me to seek help. This device may have saved my life, and I hope my ongoing treatment allows me many more heart attack-free years.
I hope this company thrives because it's a good product. However, the customer service is lacking. My subscription was renewed automatically without any notification, likely due to fear of me unsubscribing. I would have renewed it willingly, but now I feel less trusting. Additionally, their social media presence and monitoring on platforms like Trustpilot are quite poor. I hope they hire competent marketing professionals before it's too late.
