This review is about the KardiaMobile 6L personal EKG. Initially, it was a lifesaver, but after a few months, connecting became a struggle. Despite following all the support team's instructions, nothing worked. They sent me a replacement (for a fee), which functioned well for a few weeks, but now I'm facing the same connection issues. I often can't complete a reading, and when I finally do, my pulse is racing from frustration! I've contacted support multiple times, but their only solution is to redownload the app, which I've done repeatedly, along with changing batteries. It takes far too long to get a reading, and it fails to connect or maintain a connection 75% of the time. They really need to resolve these issues!
