My subscription was renewed automatically without any notification, likely due to fear of me unsubscribing. I would have renewed it willingly, but now I feel less trusting. Additionally, their social media presence and monitoring on platforms like Trustpilot are quite poor. I hope they hire competent marketing professionals before it's too late.
