I bought a health monitoring device based on my doctor's recommendation after developing a condition. It functioned well for about 13-14 months, but then I encountered several problems: it would stop mid-cycle, show signs of electrical interference, and even indicated I was in rhythm when I was experiencing issues. I reached out to the support team for assistance, but their suggestions did not resolve the problems. I even contacted the utility company to check for interference, and they found nothing. After reaching out to the support team three more times, I am still awaiting a response. It's frustrating that they do not provide better support for their product, especially considering the seriousness of the condition. The actual purchase was made in September 2024, but the calendar option did not allow for that date. A product should function effectively for more than just a year. I am sharing this experience on behalf of my husband.
