I purchased a ONE TIME package of 20 moments before Christmas so we could recreate moments for my husband's grandpa between him and his long passed on wife. The video it created from the picture was beautiful. He loved it.
This is where the story turns... I have since been charged $41 and some change every month. Initially I couldnt get back into my account. I got on the customer service and they sent me a link to get in via email. There's no way to cancel anything on the site. When you submit a customer service request to cancel it says your email isnt recognized, ha! Submit a general inquiry, no response. Emailed the email that sent me the link to get back in, also no response. I finally had to report it as fraudulent with my bank. Now my card has been shut down and im having to change everything everywhere to a new card number! This has been terrible!!
