Review Time
I found your website to be 'wonky' -- not easy to use and lacking intuitive operation. The information on my account page changed frequently -- the 'credits' or 'coins' were listed and the next time they weren't there. Very confusing. Also, the cost per month was NOT clearly stated. When I saw a $42 per month change, I immediately cancelled my subscription as I never even used the service that month. You website is VERY user un-friendly and the costs for services poorly explained. That's why I dropped it.
I purchased a ONE TIME package of 20 moments before Christmas so we could recreate moments for my husband's grandpa between him and his long passed on wife. The video it created from the picture was beautiful. He loved it.
This is where the story turns... I have since been charged $41 and some change every month. Initially I couldnt get back into my account. I got on the customer service and they sent me a link to get in via email. There's no way to cancel anything on the site. When you submit a customer service request to cancel it says your email isnt recognized, ha! Submit a general inquiry, no response. Emailed the email that sent me the link to get back in, also no response. I finally had to report it as fraudulent with my bank. Now my card has been shut down and im having to change everything everywhere to a new card number! This has been terrible!!
Not sure why this gets raved about by anyone.
This app has never worked or allowed me access to me original purchase made at Christmas. I moved on and then they took £54.76 from my account 27th February 2026.
I did not subscribe to a regular payment and contacted them to no avail.
I'm now going to have to cancel my debit card as I have no way to stop them doing same thing again next month or whenever they like.
Just uploaded a B & W photo of my wife and her sister when they were children on a tricycle. The "mystery" transformation took some time, but the result was pretty cool. I've downloaded the short video and will share it with my wife and her sister to get their opinion. I think they'll like it. Pretty cool.
Keep a careful eye on your credits. I signed up for a month, was charged for a year, and still had no credits. A complaint led to the offer of a partial refund "so I can use my remaining credits" which would be fine if I ever received them.
They are scamming me and charging me Using a email I did not sign up with but with my debit card. There is no way to cancel because I have no idea what email someone else signed up with. Stay far away from them !
Scam
I purchased some coins in January 26 to try out their service. They sneakily auto subscribed me and I only learned this when they charged my bank £56 a month later. I logged back in and saw there was a subscription there. I cancelled it immediately and are now raising a dispute for my bank to recover the money. Very dishonest company.
I wanted to cancel, I need the money more than the app. I tried to cancel, but they say my email doesn't match, after i'm already logged in under the same email address! I found a lot of other people with the same complaint! Seems like a scam, it's setup so you can't leave them. Kind of like hotel California( you can checkout anytime you like, but you can never leave!
I called my CC and disputed the charges and had them blocked from charging again. See if this gets their attention!
My grandfather was from Italy and died when my dad was a baby. This is the only picture I have of him. Unbelievable! It's like looking into heaven and seeing him alive!
