I found your website to be 'wonky' -- not easy to use and lacking intuitive operation. The information on my account page changed frequently -- the 'credits' or 'coins' were listed and the next time they weren't there. Very confusing. Also, the cost per month was NOT clearly stated. When I saw a $42 per month change, I immediately cancelled my subscription as I never even used the service that month. You website is VERY user un-friendly and the costs for services poorly explained. That's why I dropped it.
