My experience with this company was extremely frustrating. I reached out well in advance to ensure timely delivery for my daughter's birthday. No one informed me of any issues or delays. We waited without updates, only to find out that the order had never shipped and they required an extra $75 to proceed. This level of communication is unacceptable and ruined our plans. I cannot recommend this company based on our experience.
