The product I received showed no care in its crafting, leaving me completely unsatisfied. The purchase was non-refundable, meaning I'm stuck dealing with this company. They offered empty apologies and suggested trying again, but I have no confidence that a replacement would be any better, especially given the many similar complaints from other buyers. I wish I could share pictures of my experience, but this site doesn't allow it. I will be looking for other platforms to share my negative experience.
