The single star is for the brief excitement my dachshunds had for about 10 minutes with this ball. The customer service, shipping, and product quality were all extremely disappointing. After weeks of no communication, I considered disputing the charge with my credit card company. It was charged upon arrival, which was a plus, but as many others have mentioned, it’s a hard plastic ball that can’t handle even light play. My dachshunds completely destroyed it in just 10 minutes. It really needs a durable rubber core and a protective outer layer. Save your money.
