The one star is due to the brief excitement my dachshunds had for about 10 minutes with this ball. The customer service, shipping, and product quality were all incredibly poor. After being ignored for weeks, I considered disputing the charge and filing a fraudulent claim with my credit card company. I eventually received a prompt reply explaining that customs can delay products indefinitely, but the next day, shipping updates began to appear, and the ball arrived in under a week. It was charged upon arrival, which was a positive aspect, but as others have noted, it’s a hard plastic ball that can't withstand even light play. My dachshunds destroyed it in just 10 minutes. It really needs a sturdy rubber core and an outer protective layer. Avoid wasting your money.
