Very unprofessional company. I had bought an abaya from them in April in size 56 as per their sizing chart. The abaya was too long so I emailed them the day after I received the item asking for an exchange. I emailed them multiple times as well as contacted them through tiktok and Instagram, including commenting on their posts, but no one responded for over two weeks. I then reported this to my credit card company as I was worried and needed a way to contact them. They then disputed the charge with Alkareem. After almost 3 weeks since I contacted them, they finally responded and agreed to exchange my item. They also contacted me regarding the dispute and asked why I did not email them before disputing the transaction. I told them that I had multiple times and this was only due to them not responding to me and I would ask for the money to be returned as I urgently need the abaya and have no interest in keeping the money. After receiving the abaya I sent back to them, they then told me they would not be sending a replacement as I had disputed the initial charge. I told them I would need the exchange and they will get their money back, to which they replied they are unable to send the item out and have appealed the dispute. I’m not sure why they thought they could keep the abaya as well as get their money back? Very unprofessional company. They take forever to respond and have no skills in customer service. As an abaya company they should be ashamed of their behaviour.
