Firstly I absolutely love my purchase. I bought the Amira abaya and online it looked great but in person it’s even prettier. It arrived but the belt and hijab were missing. I contacted them and shared that I was planning to take this with me to Saudi. I received a reply within minutes and they shipped via 24 hr tracked. Lovely and reassuring customer service. I am very particular with what I have in my collection and steer far away from the typical styles that you see in the market these days. I can proudly say majority of my abayas were carefully curated from Al Kareem as they offer very unique, beautiful, and timeless pieces. For the level of quality and elegance, it is priced very fairly and to be honest I’m surprised it isn’t higher. I met the girls when they did a random sale and they were so lovely. Means so much more for me when I see the people behind these pretty abayas. I’m always excited when I hear of their new launches and can’t wait to get more from them
