I booked flights for two passengers travelling to Saudi Arabia for Umrah and onward to Dubai through Al Khair Travels, and the entire experience was nothing short of stressful, frustrating, and deeply disappointing. 15-25th December 2925

From the very beginning, we had to chase the agency for absolutely everything — visas, transfer details, flight tickets, confirmations — nothing was proactively provided. Communication was poor throughout. Aysha and Methab were uncooperative, unprofessional, extremely slow to respond, and repeatedly failed to deliver on promises made. Every single update required multiple calls and follow-ups from our side.

They clearly struggle to manage multiple bookings correctly without creating unnecessary hassle and stress. A travel agent is supposed to make the process smooth and worry-free — this was the complete opposite.

The most unacceptable issue was the hotel voucher. Despite requesting it in advance, we never received it before travel. Upon arrival in Makkah, we were left waiting and forced to contact the agent ourselves. There was no emergency contact available out of hours after 5am. Eventually, someone called after 8:30am to provide a hotel reference number so we could finally check in. This is unacceptable, especially for pilgrims arriving tired and expecting basic organisation to be in place.

Overall, the service, communication, professionalism, and customer care were shockingly poor. A blessed and spiritually rewarding Umrah trip was overshadowed by the stress and incompetence of this company.

Owner Mr. Abdihannan Warsame — you seriously need to sort out your company’s processes, staff training, and customer service standards.

I would strongly advise others to avoid this agency if you value peace of mind, organisation, and basic professionalism.

Never again.
