I’ll never use this company again. I booked an Umrah package for my son and his mother, when they arrived in Madina, they couldn’t check in their hotel as there was no such booking for them. They spent three hours trying to get the matter resolved with the travel agent and nothing results whatsoever, in the end, I told my son to pay for the hotel which he did. I messaged the travel agent about the situation and no one has responded. They were very prompt in taking the payment for the trip and failed us badly. Totally unprofessional and clearly unscrupulous.
