As a travel agent I make hundreds of reservations with Accor and IBIS hotelsI made a reservation 2 months ago to IBIS Warsaw Stare Miasto and cancelled the reservation 5 minutes after because I came to know the hotel's location is not good for handicapped people and my clients were handicapped .I asked the hotel to refund but didn't agree and have been trying for 2 months to no avail.I asked all my employees to stop selling ALL ACCOR hotels specially IBIS hotels The reservation was made through Hotelbeds, I asked Hotelbeds for refund and they informed me that the hotel didn't agree to refund.I asked the hotel to refund and the hotel says that Hotelbeds should do that if they agree.Again I asked Hotelbeds but their answer was that the hotel will nor refund.If this is their service then I am sure we don't want to work with this company
