Overall experience from selecting the property till handover was quite smooth and very accommodating. Loved all the interactions with Portia to start with and Murray was very thorough in explaining everything during handover. The inclusions are adequate and a true turn key home. I would have loved to have some external electric outlet both on the front and back side walls along with video door bell point and a supply water outlet at the back. Eves lighting would have been a plus, something you might want to consider. The only other call out is the washing machine water supply being connected to rainwater tank was quite surprising to me. I didn't know this until Murray gave me the handover and I wasn't a fan of that given there are allergen issues with my kids. Other than that, so far so good.
