Graham was fantastic! He called to confirm our appointment, arrived on time for both visits and his work was excellent. He was very polite and kept us up to date on the work he was doing. He went above and beyond to help with the issues we were having and everything has been repaired.
Overall experience from selecting the property till handover was quite smooth and very accommodating. Loved all the interactions with Portia to start with and Murray was very thorough in explaining everything during handover. The inclusions are adequate and a true turn key home. I would have loved to have some external electric outlet both on the front and back side walls along with video door bell point and a supply water outlet at the back. Eves lighting would have been a plus, something you might want to consider. The only other call out is the washing machine water supply being connected to rainwater tank was quite surprising to me. I didn't know this until Murray gave me the handover and I wasn't a fan of that given there are allergen issues with my kids. Other than that, so far so good.
Matthew Thomas was absolutely amazing !!! His customer service , patience and knowledge is a credit to Allum homes and anybody else that has the pleasure of dealing with him in their future purchase of a new home definitely won’t regret it.. he made the entire process stress free for us ( not sure for him though lol) and we are so excited to be getting the keys very soon to our forever home … Paul and Marilyn Thomas
We recently purchased our new home through Allam Homes and couldn’t be happier with the experience.What initially drew us to this house was the clear difference in build quality compared to other homes we viewed in the area within the same price range. The quality and finishes genuinely stood out from our first inspection. The inside is beautiful and extremely well thought out, and the outside is beautifully and uniquely landscaped. The inclusions are well above the average of other houses we viewed, and the house was immaculate from the day we got the keys. Mark our building manager was exceptional throughout the process. He was always approachable, available, and encouraged us to point out anything we wanted looked at. He went above and beyond to organise any fixes and even upgrades after we moved in which was so kind. Mark and Allam even helped with things that weren’t their responsibility, including helping with blinds and arranging for a wall to be patched after we accidentally damaged it while moving in.Buying a home can be stressful, but Mark and the Allam team made the process exciting, supported and straightforward. We’re absolutely thrilled with our new home, it is beyond anything we ever thought we could achieve. We would confidently recommend Allam Homes to anyone looking for a new home.
