I had similar experience as others have indicated in these reviews. They were very quick to take the money and also protected themselves as they asked us to Zelle the funds instead of allowing us to use a credit card. Once they had our money, there was NO RESPONSE from anyone at All American Moving Group. Since we did not get a response and our moving date was in two days, we tried to contact them and we just got the run around. While taking the order, they underestimated our materials and underquoted us grossly so they can get our money. The agent who spoke to us, completely mislead us. We ended-up going with another movers and got no reimbursement of our deposit. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A FRAUD.
