What I didn't like was that one of the questions asks if your medication has been increased or has it been changed but it doesn't ask if it has been reduced, which mine had. I was looking to insure for a single trip abroad and quite honestly I think the cost is extortionate and then they have the cheek to want you to pay an excess should you have the misfortune to need medical assistance. To me all insurances are a rip off. The Company's website was easy enough to use, no problems with that.
