The lady I dealt with was very pleasant and helpful.
I forgot to ask for the Discount code I had to be applied .When I asked later if it could be applied I was told " it was difficult to apply afterwards but the good news was the advisor had applied it" .
I think the price I was quoted for one week was quite high and I wish I'd shopped around more before accepting it.
I've since cancelled this policy " under the 14 day rule " as I found a much cheaper quote with better cover.

Our travel insurance was up for renewal at the end of March. I had no second thoughts about renewing our policy as they were the only company that had on worries about insuring my wife with her diagnosis last year.
I would highly recommend this company if you are having difficulty getting travel insurance.

I am now into the second year of holding this travel insurance policy - without having needed to use it so far, lucky me! But, it was easy to set up (I actually got to speak to a proper person, no mean feat these days) and the paperwork followed quickly. Then earlier this year I was reminded in very good time that my next yearly premium was due (for only a very small increase really) and that, if I didn't want to change anything (which I didn't) then I need do nothing more. And on time, the money was taken from my bank account. Stress free, brilliant although, as I said at the beginning, I have yet to 'road' test the policy!

This is the second time I've used AllClear for my holiday insurance. They don't panic when confronted with my (various and rather obscure) health conditions, and come up with a sensible quote. I haven't had to claim on my insurance before (thank goodness) but I feel confident that they would respond to any claims in the same practical and helpful manner. Although I find the online forms for Allclear easy to complete compared to other insurers I've looked at, I did need to query something about a referral I have. The call was quickly through to someone and she was very pleasant, polite and helpful. She helped me with my question and checked I was happy with everything else and understood what my cover included. I had reason to call again when I realised I'd forgotten something on my medical history and again the call was quickly answered and he was equally as polite pleasant and helpful as the first agent. I felt the cost of the insurance package was very reasonable.

Surprisingly Simple Process Despite Medical Concerns

I initially believed this would be challenging due to various pre-existing medical issues, but it turned out to be straightforward and easy, thanks to the representative on the other end of the line. The annual cost was much lower than I anticipated.
