Although I find the online forms for Allclear easy to complete compared to other insurers I've looked at, I did need to query something about a referral I have. The call was quickly through to someone and she was very pleasant, polite and helpful. She helped me with my question and checked I was happy with everything else and understood what my cover included. I had reason to call again when I realised I'd forgotten something on my medical history and again the call was quickly answered and he was equally as polite pleasant and helpful as the first agent. I felt the cost of the insurance package was very reasonable.
