He was unavailable when I needed assistance and misrepresented their role as a direct carrier. Their subcontracting led to unexpected costs, and communication was abysmal. I felt pressured and mistreated throughout the process, and they manipulated contract terms to their advantage. My initial estimate of $2,900 ballooned to about $6,500 due to constant delays and extra charges. Their advertised 'no-risk deposit' is misleading, as they refuse to refund it once you realize the situation. I strongly advise against using this service.
