From the start, I encountered lies. The salesman provided a low estimate, then raised the price after I was locked in. He was unavailable when I needed assistance and misrepresented their role as a direct carrier. Their subcontracting led to unexpected costs, and communication was abysmal. I felt pressured and mistreated throughout the process, and they manipulated contract terms to their advantage. My initial estimate of $2,900 ballooned to about $6,500 due to constant delays and extra charges. Their advertised 'no-risk deposit' is misleading, as they refuse to refund it once you realize the situation. I strongly advise against using this service.
This company is nothing but deceit. They promised delivery within a few days, but it took 20. They misled us about quotes and invoicing, resulting in a final bill that was $2,200 higher. They subcontracted our move to another company without our knowledge, and our items were mixed with others. They will say anything to get your business, and then good luck getting any help afterward. DO NOT USE THEM!
