Hello, my wife and i have been flying Allegiant for around 5 years to see my brother in Myrtle beach, SC.This past week, on June 27, we had a flight to go out of Albany NY. now, i understand that the flight had to be cancelled due to weather, that i appreciate. we all were told to exit plane and that if we would like to we would need to book another flight next day. we did and that was perfect. So we arrived at my brothers June 28 and i put my phone away at his place because im on vacation. on July 1 i had a phone call and i noticed that i had a credit from Allegiant for the whole flight i purchased. they cancelled my return flight!!!. why?!!! so i had to rebook a return flight for July 7. same flight mind you. had to purchase tickets for my wife and i . Additional cost. the net of the refund and the tickets i had to purchase put me $400 in the hole. My big beef here is why did they cancel the return flight 6 days ahead????? customer service was unhelpful saying that i must have cancelled it. why would i????
