I'm a veteran and was on my way back to Wisconsin for Memorial Day weekend. For a veteran's Meetup. I have a service dog for a heart condition. In any case they randomly denied my flight now this is uniquely interesting. Because there was three ways she was qualified to go they have a program called honor flights for veterans which she's qualified to go as just a animal in which no paperwork is required and if she can just accompany me. But instead the flight was delayed and they made me wait until everybody was there and then said I was no longer allowed to fly but we did until we were boarding until they booted me off the flight. It was incredibly unprofessional a lot of the people that were waiting with me we're visibly upset actually even more so than myself and we're absolutely disgusted with the airline. But that's what you expect from Allegiant Airlines. They come up with some random thing as to why my service dog couldn't fly yet every other dog can fly that is not service dog or service dog related. Just a note all the paperwork was filed previously they did not notify me 10 days in advance as required by regulation and they just skipped all practical regulations and their own policy and just pretty much told me to pack sand. But they did it very publicly and now it's on all the veteran channels
