I placed an order 3 weeks ago and the company has yet to ship my item. Each time I inquire for an update, I'm told to just wait longer since they have many orders. How is this acceptable? How can they take someone's hard-earned money and simply ask them to wait indefinitely? I've requested to cancel my order and get a refund. But now, I’m informed that the refund will take 3 weeks! How can a simple card transaction take that long? I won’t be purchasing from this company again. They seem to think it's fine to take your money and deliver at their convenience.
