I placed my order before Christmas and it still hasn't arrived. Contacting the support team via messaging is pointless, as they just redirect you to email. What's the use of that? I advise against ordering from this platform, as the wait time is much longer than they indicate. Very disappointing experience from an official site. They need to improve.
I placed an order 3 weeks ago and the company has yet to ship my item. Each time I inquire for an update, I'm told to just wait longer since they have many orders. How is this acceptable? How can they take someone's hard-earned money and simply ask them to wait indefinitely? I've requested to cancel my order and get a refund. But now, I’m informed that the refund will take 3 weeks! How can a simple card transaction take that long? I won’t be purchasing from this company again. They seem to think it's fine to take your money and deliver at their convenience.

I didn’t realize there would be import charges. Now I’m told there’s no refund, and the item returned to the warehouse! Absolutely unacceptable. Who reads the terms and conditions when paying for delivery? You expect that the delivery cost covers receiving the product, and not refunding is outrageous, especially since the parcel never crossed the border!
The only downside was that while tracking my order (as the shipping site indicated it was still in Madrid after 12 days), I emailed the support team but received no response! Still, I give them 5 stars because the products are excellent and this was the first time I encountered such an issue!
