The delivery was fine, but problems started afterward. I used the racket four times before it broke in half after hitting a ball. When I activated the warranty, they claimed it hit a hard surface (the ball). I felt deceived. They sold me a defective racket and refused to honor the warranty. This experience revealed the lack of professionalism within the service.
