I spoke with a representative named Gladys, who told me the order was on its way. When I called again the following day to check the tracking (since I hadn’t received an update), she denied ever speaking with me and insisted the order had not been shipped at all. As a result, it didn’t arrive in time for my husband’s birthday.I even showed phone records proving I had called when I said I did, but there was no acknowledgment or sincere apology, just deflection. Mistakes happen, but the unwillingness to take responsibility or show any empathy was really disappointing.I truly hope this company invests in better customer service training and communication systems, because the product may be good, but the experience matters just as much. A simple apology and ownership of the mistake would have gone a long way.
